[IRCA] TP 24 Apr; Victoria version

Another April morning for certain, with a bit more of a DU flavor.

pretty darn good audio (all of it understandable by a native speaker, at least
briefly):

definitely not today

reasonable audio at times during the period (much of it understandable by a
native speaker, though often battling w/splash or noise):

nothing here either

not so reasonable audio, occasional words or phrases in splash or noise could be
understood by a native speaker:

738 Tahiti woman in FF 1221 and 1236UT
774 JOUB man and woman talking, EE lessons 1252UT
1116 4BC likely; DU EE woman and man at 1256UT

Burbles in the splatter and noise (if lucky, language might be guessed at by
cadence of talk, or parallel established by changes in talk or music) :

567 unID. instrumental mx 1256 UT
747 JOIB woman talking //774, had an EE lesson sound to it
756 woman talking, DU EE inflection 1240UT
1053 KK jammer 1232UT
1566 presumed HLAZ, talk by man leading up to 1300UT

Strongish het, no or "near imaginary"audio (either undermodulated or ravaged by splatter):

891 909 936 1098

best wishes,

Nick
