[IRCA] TP DX in Seattle on September 18

As others have noted, TP conditions were quite a bit better today than the past few days. That said, reception was limited to a few of the regulars. For me at least, TP reception is seldom very good until after the equinox, so I'm hoping for better things starting this weekend.

GOOD - a native speaker could have understood most of it
1566 HLAZ, nice signal 1326, man in Japanese

FAIR - a native speaker would have recognized words and phrases
1287 JOHR, man & woman in Japanese 1340
1575 VOA, 1330 Yankee Doodle, "Welcome to the Voice of America in Khmer" ID. Much better by 1335 with male talk

POOR - a native speaker would have called it incoherent mumbling
774 JOUB, male talk 1338
972 HLCA, male talk in heavy splatter 1311
1323 Woman talking 1334, probably CRI
1332 Male talk 1340

CARRIERS visible on the SDR display
