[IRCA] TP 19 Sep Victoria version

Definitely an Asiatic twist to this morning, a fairly brief enhancement after 1330UT, and fairly rapid decline after 1345UT; many of the good carriers were close to audio, but just too imaginary to claim...

pretty darn good audio (all of it understandable by a native speaker, at least briefly):

774 JOUB CC lesson 1346UT
1287 JOHR man and woman in JJ 1338UT
1566 HLAZ man in CC 1224UT; woman in JJ 1238UT. Heard CC s/on today 1345UT, not too much weaker than the JJ s/off, but rapidly faded

Reasonable audio at times during the period (much of it understandable by a native speaker, though often battling w/splash or noise):

972 HLCA woman in KK, into slow stringed mx followed by man talking sonorously 1323UT

not so reasonable audio, occasional words or phrases in splash or noise could be understood by a native speaker:

594 JOAK man in JJ 1335UT
747 JOIB man in inisistent EE lessons w/woman 1205UT
1143 Taiwan likely, woman in CC 1334UT

Burbles in the splatter and noise (if lucky, language might be guessed at by cadence of talk, or parallel established by changes in talk or music) :

792 laid back vocal mx 1337UT, 4RN?? nothing much else DU was there though.
828 JOBB CC lessons //774 1346UT
1116 man talking 1333UT, DU EE inflection?
1251 man talking, CC inflection 1344UT
1314 unID, woman talking, JJ inflection 1240UT
1323 woman talking , then man 1335UT
1575 VoA likely, woman in SE Asian language 1211UT

Strongish het, no or "near imaginary"audio (either undermodulated or ravaged by splatter):

567 738 864 891 963 1098 1134 1179 1242 1269 1296 1503 1593

best wishes,

Nick
