Bob Zanotti seems to be a big fan of more than one VOIP technology.  I 
recently ran into him on a Staten Island 70cm amateur repeater.  He was 
connected from his computer via Echolink, using his amateur callsign of 
HB9ASQ.  We talked for a few minutes, while I was on the way to work, 
about a few things, including the next SWLfest.  It was a pleasant 
surprise.  I've heard him out there a couple of times since, but didn't 
have an opportunity to give him a call.

The repeater mentioned is N2EHN on 445.575 MHz, PL 141.3.
