[Swprograms] OT: US Public Radio on the rise?

Spotted this item in today's Philly Inquirer newspaper:

 WHYY-FM (90.9) posted what it says was its highest number ever in the fall 
Arbitron ratings. The noncommercial station's "cume" - the number of weekly 
listeners - was 500,800, a 32 percent increase from the year before. That 
puts WHYY, which is not ranked alongside commercial stations, on a par with 
WDAS-FM (105.3), which finished eighth this fall in "cume."
