[Swprograms] Write On- BBC WS to further reduce frequencies to the Americaswith A-05 schedule

Does anyone know what the BBC means when they conclude
an edition of the "Write On" program when they stated
it is a "Test Bed" production? Does this mean the BBC
has outsouced a program that deals with the listeners
response?

believe their e-mail
