Does anyone know what the BBC means when they conclude
an edition of the "Write On" program when they stated
it is a "Test Bed" production? Does this mean the BBC
has outsouced a program that deals with the listeners
	response?

One outlet would be the "Write On" program -- I
	believe their e-mail
	> address is write.on@xxxxxxxxx but that may be wrong.
	 There's a

	http://www.bbc.co.uk/worldservice/programmes/write_on.shtml.
