[Swprograms] Radio Moscow and the concept of Internet mindshare

This doesn't have much to do with real live international
broadcasting, but the parallel -- invoking Radio Moscow, the VOA, and
the BBC -- is interesting.  One doesn't see Radio Moscow mentioned in
everyday press all that often...
