re: <https:wrn.world/>
I did some research myself: WRN Vsemirnaya Radioset seems to be WRN's own
program in Russian, which is probably produced in Moscow. I'll have to
check the Russian pages of WRN later to see what it's all about.
[...]
In "Europe on Shortwave" by Tony Rogers-UK, I have just found detailed
information about the Russian WRN program.

It will probably be compiled by WRN and obviously contains contributions
from the BBC London, KBS World Radio Seoul, Radio Prague, REE Madrid, and
Radio Slovakia International in addition to its own productions. See also
the program overview at

World Radio Network in Russian.
World Radio Network in Russian offers a 24 hour service, of which three
hours is also broadcast on shortwave. The WRN Russian website at

<https://wrn.world/>

says "The World Radio Network is a multicultural channel offering its
listeners programming from many countries. We provide our listeners with
the opportunity to directly immerse themselves in the national cultures of
many countries and receive first-hand information about current events,
all in Russian and on a single channel, without intermediaries.

Re: WRN - World Radio Network - on new 9820 kHz channel via UAE relay
site in ENC A'Dhabbaya, start of test on Nov 18th. 9819.992 kHz monitored
at 17.33 UT on Nov 18.

Thank you! I logged them at sign-on on 9820 kHz with carrier up just after
1659UT Nov 18. I was unsure who it was but seemed pretty sure the language
was Russian. Video aircheck:
