I'll have to check the Russian pages of WRN later to see what it's all about. [...] In "Europe on Shortwave" by Tony Rogers-UK, I have just found detailed information about the Russian WRN program. It will probably be compiled by WRN and obviously contains contributions from the BBC London, KBS World Radio Seoul, Radio Prague, REE Madrid, and Radio Slovakia International in addition to its own productions. World Radio Network in Russian offers a 24 hour service, of which three hours is also broadcast on shortwave. We provide our listeners with the opportunity to directly immerse themselves in the national cultures of many countries and receive first-hand information about current events, all in Russian and on a single channel, without intermediaries.
