Subject: Re: [WOR] ID Help pleaseWhere inthe recording is the 1500 UT point? I don't hear Chinese, probably
Kazakh.
HFCC lists all Kazakh, Chinese in Aoki 1300-1400 and EiBi 1500-1600.
Minority services have these one hour Chinese transmissions, usually at
1500, identifying as "Minzu Guangbo".
Best regards,

I logged this today (27 April) on 11630 khz at 1500 UT20260427_1500_UT_11630_khz_Unid.mp4
Listings across HFCC, Aoki, and EiBi call it CNR 17 in Mandarin, but it sure
didn't sound like Mandarin, linguistically or musically to me. Can it
possibly be an extension of Kazakh into the 1500 hour?
Any help appreciated!
