I took a quick listen. To paraphrase:

He says that they've worked hard and have been blessed, they're coming to
Colorado Springs, inviting people to tour their facility, where there will
be giveaways, surprises, etc. "We've got the van loaded up, we're headed
for Colorado Springs, now we're in our new home" etc. Told people to be on
the lookout for the launch of the new station.
