Thanks Ivo,looking at the HFCC frequency table,
I had this Radio Taiwan International use of 5900 kHz
via SPC-NURTS Spaceline Ltd. Sofia Kostinbrod Bulgaria relay
right in mind. But I'd no actual RTI TWN schedule at hand,
