typical Radio Cairo traditional Arabic ! mx of the 60ties at 00.31 UT.

site, carrier test and 2 seconds of music on air, then regular program
started a minute later around 00.33 UT, S=9+25dB at Cape Canaveral FL

with male ancr but periodically a het came on the frequency for a few
minutes at a time which may have been R. Tarma testing new transmitter??
