And in between real Mandarin Chinese announcement,
Hanoi Vietnam signal is like armchair power.

BTW - NBC Madang (3260) has been silent for several day.TAIWAN. 6215, Sound of Hope, 1100, Jan 26. Clear ID by OM and YL ("Xiwang
