KRRS just replied and the commercial is not them.

Spanish on 1460: does ANYONE Recognize this voice or know exactly what I have? I had this on 1460khz at 701pm mountain time today in Laramie, WY. I initially was told it might be KZUE El Reno, OK but it's not

It's one of two things:

1.) A spanish language ad about a grocery stores services during the corona virus that aired on a legitimate spanish station whos signal then got stomped on by english language conservative talk KZNT 1460 Colorado Springs

2.) a spanish language ad that ran on KZNT? Salem Media, owner of KZNT, has no spanish stations in Colorado Springs, just Denver.

A spanish ad running on an english station isn't entirely unheard of but the signal also faded out a bit and I think I hear real weak spanish as the english ad picks up so I'm not totally sure this is KZNT with the spanish grocery store ad. It doesn't sound like the stuff I've typically heard Salem produce. It doesn't really have any identifying information but wonder if someone maybe, luckily for me, has some additional insight that could potentially ID this

Any help? Here's the audio:
