Hmong formatted KFXN 690 Minneapolis was granted a construction permit to go from 500 watts/3 towers day and 4 watts/3 towers nights to 1,700 Watts non directional day and 4 watts non directional nights. This is partly the result after a tower collapsed in a storm this fall and tower owner American Tower said that they wouldn’t rebuild. KQGO 96.3 is on an unaffected tower.
