Hauser
** CUBA. 9700, Feb 20 at 0651, S9/+10 of deadair instead of RHC
English; meanwhile 6000 is VG S9+30, 6060 is off, 6100 is S9+20/30 but
somewhat noisy modulation; 5040 also dead air of S9+10/20.

Earlier at 0612, Ivo Ivanov reported:
``Cuban Spy Numbers HM01 over RHC's 9700 kHz at 0600UT, February 20:
0600-0700 9700 BAU 100 kW / 340 deg to WNAm instead of RHC English
// frequency 14375 BEJ 050 kW / unknown to Eu/Am Spanish Tue/Thu/Sat
HM01. Good via SDR Half Moon Bay CA USA. Something`s always wrong at
Radio Cuba -- 73! Ivo Ivanov``

Oops! - how do you say that in Spanish? My Random House dixionary does
not even try; Google translate suggests ``Ups`` or ``Huy! Algo salió
mal`` (Glenn Hauser, OK, WOR)

own programming during `Performance Oklahoma`, classical concerts
recorded years ago as no new ones lately. On Fri Feb 19 it was still
plugged in all day to relay of WCPE The Classical Station in NC.
Signal also much better, maybe back up to 100 kW ERP instead of 5 kW
(Glenn Hauser, Enid, WOR)
