As of yesterday (April 21), Voice of America is now on 5940 kHz (ex. 5930) for English to Africa 1400-1800 UTC via Botswana/São Tomé - leaving World Music Radio (WMR) in the clear on 5930 kHz all day until France starts using the frequency at 21 UTC.
