INDIA Minus 225 Hertz channel outlet on11559.775 kHz AIR likely in Hindi language (not Arabic, Persian, nor Urdu)
noted on this odd frequency, at Perseus SDR remotedly in Delhi S=9+15dB
strong signal. Compared to WRTH 2019 and 2020 printed AIR schedules,
but not solved or explained yet. Always much wrong on AIR India services, such big country,
such big bureaucracy,
- a lot of time, frequency and program changes, OVER AND OVER AGAIN.
