KUWAIT morning log of Aug 17 shows stable TX units at Kuwait Kabd bcast

re Radio Kuwait drifting in 19 meterband.
no drifting unit in range 15448 ... 15461 kHz noted anymore.

11970 kHz DRM mode block 05.00-08.15 UT meant at 100 degr azimuth to SoAsia,
the Indian subcontinent target. S=8-9 in BeNeLux WeEUR target.
R Kuwait in English. At 06.23 UT website given.
Played western soft pop music in English.
At 06.32 UT political news given, read by female presenter.

Signal at Bangalore Kiwi_net SDR not sufficient. Only S=5 or -96dBm poor.
Signal at Delhi Kiwi_SDR S=9 -73dBm varying strength,
varying with seconds of non-decoding audio tone breaks
at EEP Audio 17.46 kbps. IF level AAC 8 - 12 dB varying,
SNR: varying 10 to 14.2 dB, up and down.
Not exciting audio experience this morning in South Asia SDR unit.

15514.707 kHz R Kuwait in Arabic, S=9 in SoEUR, S=8 in WeEUR,
0530 UT, service at 59degr azimuth towards CHN, JAP, KOR, TWN
in Far East Asia, scheduled 05-09 UT. Arabic in AM mode.

15530exact kHz, R Kuwait Kabd - scheduled in Arabic -
05-08 UT at 310 degrees to all-Europe, but real performed
an English sce at 05.47 UT, S=9+25dB in SoEUR, S=9+35dB in WeEUR.
Exact www address given at 05.47 UT, 18 kHz wide broadband audio signal
Soft western pop music in English language played 05.45-06.00 UT.

Also noted
15430.009 IRAN VoIRN Turkish sce from Sirjan site, 04.20-05.50 UT
S=9+15dB in SoEUR, but much weaker in WeEUR at S=7-8 level.
Persian local music played.

Radio Kuwait that is usually on 15530 kHz from 05:00-08:00UT
appears to be on around 15455 kHz just now
and appears to be drifting in frequency.
