Radio Well, it can`t be both at 2330-0000, can it? In fact, UBMP always
plays only the first 30 minutes, for many months. As a `filler`, Uncle
Bill does not want to publicize it. Also all the times are mislabeled
EST instead of EDT: they are NOT the same, rather one hour difference.
