12000.003 kHz measured, at Bandung Kiwi-net S=9+30dB -40dBm signal,
so I guess similar signal will be arrived in Myanmar target.

But in western EUR only S=7 or -85dBm,
because of 50degr azimuth out of Madagascar bcast center.

Next door on 12005 kHz
