Hauser
** ARMENIA. 13690, Oct 28 at 1414, TWR IS, 1415 opening some language,
mentions Afghanistan, S7/S9+10 with flutter, pretty good next to 13700
Cuba. It`s TWR ``India`` in Hindi M-F (Glenn Hauser, OK, WOR)

** CANADA [and non]. 13954.5-USB, Oct 28 at 1418, frenetic radio-chex
by multiple ham-like contesters, calls heard or fonetikaly mentioned
including: CA04, CA67, LV127, CA262, CA302, US90, AF103. Encountered
by chance but one of multiple frequencies in use during Exercise Noble
Skywave, sponsored by Canadian Forces; see http://www.nobleskywave.ca
which explains:

`` About Noble Skywave --- Since 2013, the Canadian Communications and
Electronics branch has brought hundreds of teams from dozens of
Nations together to test, strengthen expertise and compete in a
friendly atmosphere to what is now known as the most Prestigious
military led HF competition in the world: Noble Skywave. Noble Skywave
acquired its “letters of nobility” through highly skilled and proud
participating teams which are either HAM/CFARS/MARS or Military Radio
Operators around the globe. As the Leading Nation for this event, the
Canadian Armed Forces are committed to provide the best possible
training experience to all participants and is looking forward again
this year to crown the best HF Radio Operators in the world.``

Apparently it`s a free-for-all to rack up as many contacts as
possible. I find locations of a couple them on their map:
CA262 in Ontario just SE of Lake Huron near Barrie;
CA302 in Regina SK (Glenn Hauser, OK, WORLD OF RADIO 2110)

** U S A. 13563.5-CW, Oct 28 at 1412, HIFER beacon YSO is JBA from
