HAM DX on 10, 12, 15 metres It takes a contest for hams to exploit MUFs rather than assuming bandsare closed with no activity. Nice thing about 10m is that skip
distances are so long that anything is likely to be DX rather than
domestic. Logged all this in 17 minutes, March 5 at 1603-1620, with

On 10m seems all phone activity is below 28550; No beacons heard inthe 28200-28300+ range, are they all off? Not much phone activity on
12 or 17m, bands not eligible for contest, but:
24980 USB, at 1620, one QSO concludes without ever giving own call Later circa 1850 on caradio, the Crazy Band is hopping on 27025v-AMbut all sound very domestic.
DXMAPS at 2010 UT show 6m Es MUF at 72 MHz across N America, notunusual, but never breaching 88 for FMDX. At 28 MHz, huge contacting
