15750 1200 1300 40E,41NW UDO 250 304 24 226 270322 291022 Urdu THA AGM
S=9+25dB -54dBm strong signal noted in Delhi SDR and similar
at Japan remotedly at 12 UT.
But only S=8 or -79dBm at Novosibirsk, Siberian Russia target
