Texas Radio Shortwave features two new programs on WRMI April 3, 
beginning at 0000 UTC on 5950 kHz.
The first new program is the first of four shows saying Howdy Neighbor! 
to each state adjoining Texas. This week features musical artists 
hailing from Louisiana and songs about the state. The artist lineup 
looks like this:
