HCDX

>From Jen:

Please get this out when you can

About my C.A.R.N.: usually a half an hour before the cast begins, we test, me & GB so to make sure the audio is right, no glitches if a new Skype.
Or Win update screws up my software, that everything is in working order, also last minute
changes to the program if needed.

This happens at 17:30 UTC Sat and usually goes to a few minutes before the bewitching hour; 18:00 UTC, so if you are wondering why my intro Northern Lights by The Band Renaissance, is being heard
outside regular broadcast hours, or you hear GB & me talking in Skype, it's just a test. From now on I will let you know that's besides regular times of broadcast, so for example the next C.A.R.N cast will be May 21st from 18:00 UTC to 20:30 UTC , with testing time anywhere from 17:30 on, to usually around 17:58 or sometimes closer, so now you know like all radio stations we need to fiddle with the control knobs, in my end. At Unique nothing on Tim's end needs to be done except
the transmitter needs to be up and running & as you know those gremlins come from a totally different form, antenna, prop, wires, inclement weather, and the finals can go.

On my end all I need to do is flick the jen stream on, & it goes out, so I hope this long but important question is now answered, I also test usually on my regular show too but due to not using Skype it's usually not needed and can be done with no need to switch on the stream. Remember, it's only testing so C.A.R.N. will be best it can be live & when the pod goes out for your enjoyments/
Thanks for letting me ramble.

Jen & GB my Co-Pilot.
