here is the promised answer to the question about the reactivation
of the Țigănești TX1 transmitter: A conversation with RADIOCOM revealed that they were
the delivery of a capacitor from China. Delivery date would be June at the earliest.

ROMANIA. Stephen Luce replies May 7 on the WOR iog to my report
that RRI was missing from 7375 at 0300:

frequencies working for English at 0100, but was missing a transmitter
for Romanian at the same time.

There does not seen to be any sort of recent explanation for the

have gone on for so long. I too am getting good reception of RRI
English at 0300 on 9850. Three hours earlier, 7375 is fair but
