9840 and 12020 -- Voice of Vietnam is missing this morning from these two ofits usual frequencies. Together with yesterday's absence from 11885, it has
me concerned that they may be dropping their non-Vietnamese language
services. Anyone have any info about it? They do seem to be on 11720 in
 Vietnamese, competing with CRI.
