Hauser
DX/SWL/MEDIA PROGRAMS update:
http://www.worldofradio.com/dxpgms.html

** ANTARCTICA. 15476 RCUSB, continued from last report, LRA36, sudden
chopoff at 0121* UT Sun Feb 4 into Argentine SDR, and no return. Some
others were trying to pinpoint the JBA reduced carrier, but led to
different spots below 15476. Maybe it vary (Glenn Hauser, OK, WOR)

** CUBA. 5025, Feb 4 at 0415 check, R. Rebelde is off again. 4765, R.
Progreso is still on, nominal 0500* tho some reports of running past
(Glenn Hauser, OK, WOR)

** CUBA. 11760, Sun Feb 4 at 1557, S9+15/25 of dead air, no signal on
15140. 1559 Spanish ID, IS and 1600 weekly Esperanto service theme and
opening. They continue to impose Spanish stress on some words instead
of invariable penultimate; I add accents to render mispronunciations
as heard: Amériko, polítiko. Schedule announced as Sun 0800 on 6100
which has been gone for ages; 1600 on 11760 only; and the third time I
always have trouble copying on 15730, but perhaps 2230 as in WRTH
2024; however the ``winter`` sked on page 633 misshows ``summer``
timings 0700 & 1500! I.e. from the start of DST March 10 which is
still winter, not even spring! As the running dog of Yanqui
Imperialism matches USA nonsense. The third broadcast has been
reported at various afternoon times and frequencies, even Monday.
Somethings always wrong at RHC (Glenn Hauser, OK, WOR)

** NORTH AMERICA. 6935 AM, Feb 4 at 0427, OPOB, JBA music in HNL =
high noise level. These say it`s B Side Radio:
https://www.hfunderground.com/board/index.php/topic,125066.0.html
(Glenn Hauser, OK, WOR)

** NORTH AMERICA. 11514.9, Feb 4 at 1555, JBA carrier on signature
off-frequency of pirate Hikari FM in Arizona or Sonora (Glenn Hauser,
OK, WOR)

** TIBET [non]. 11670, Feb 4 at 1556, open carrier on bigsig, 1557
Chinese talk and music, i.e. CNR1 jammer getting a headstart on VOA
Tibetan at 16-17 via Philippines, also with a tone mixed in (Glenn
Hauser, OK, WOR)

** U S A. 379 MCW kHz, Feb 4 at 0805 UT, DL, 50-watt NDB at DuLuth MN
is JBA. Last logged Nov 26, 2021 (Glenn Hauser, OK, WOR) see also
UNIDENTIFIED

** U S A [and non]. Updated full WOR schedule:

ending at 0457 much better into nearby SDR so started circa 0428.

ZZZ, missed checking Sun Feb 4 at 1130 on WRMI 9955; anyone hear it?

As noncommercial services, financial support appreciated. Thanks this
week to Michael Beu, Austin TX for a contribution via PayPal in US
funds but not necessarily, to: woradio at yahoo.com and says, ``Glenn,
your efforts are much appreciated! Thanks again for WOR - a valuable
resource.``

One may also contribute by money order or check on a US bank to:
Glenn Hauser, PO Box 1684, Enid OK 73702 (Glenn Hauser, OK, WOR)

** U S A. 5085, Feb 4 at 0415 check, WTWW-2 is still on with preacher.
But 7505 WRNO is off, silent Hindi (Glenn Hauser, OK, WOR)

** U S A. 15150, Sun Feb 4 at 0433, JBA carrier presumed WMLK as
nothing else listed, 04-09 except UT Sat/bbathdays, foolish bc for
Europe on much too high night-path band; is it irregular like 9275
afternoons? (Glenn Hauser, OK, WOR)

UNIDENTIFIED. 382 MCW kHz, Feb 4 at 0806, almost continuous beepery,
must be at least two NDBs mixing. Usual occupant is YPL in Ont; a few
in US like two in IL, but more intriguing would be Greenland, México,
Trinidad and Réunion listed at dxinfocentre.com However, RNA shows no
Réunion; México and Trinidad not logged for years. Pitch of SP
Greenland & YPL are about the same ~400 Hz, while most of the others
are slightly above 1000 Hz, and if I were getting a mixture, they were
about the same pitch (Glenn Hauser, OK, WOR)

UNIDENTIFIED. Trans-Atlantic JBA MW carrier search, Feb 4 at 0411 into
internal shortwire antenna: 621, 711, 882?, 891, 1053, 1089-2 slow
beat, 1503 (Glenn Hauser, OK, WOR)

This report despatched at 1952 UT February 4
