For those interested, the Galkona, AK HAARP is on right now on 9600 aimed S and SSE. Strong signal into Masset. Supposed to be ongoing until 0100 today. Thanks to Nick Hall-Patch for the reminder. Other frequency (heard earlier today) is 6900. Tomorrow active from 17 to 19 and 21 to 23.
