sorts: World of Radio heard, but difficult to follow today due to
signal turbulence. We noted, however, the signal came way up at 2109
allowing for an ez listen. Signal went from "Poor" to Fair", but
reverted back again at 2120. Px concluded then at 2128. --- Fair

off-frequency-minus hetting anything else. They have had a Special
Temporary Authorization for quite some time, and as in Sept 23 NRC DX
News: ``Extensions of prior STAs granted (usually for an additional 6
months): 1070 KFTI KS Wichita – Granted STA extension, parameters at
variance.`` - like what? they never say. Adjusting frequency should

antenna, seems // 1140, which would be XEMR during `La Hora Nacional`.
XEPZ, Juárez is usually heard (Glenn Hauser, OK, WOR) UNIDENTIFIED. 1530 kHz, Sept 22 at 0430 UT, Spanish music heard on N/S
antenna only, so not the OK; of the two in TX, despite much lower
power, the usual one heard is KZNX Creedmoor U7 10000/220, which is
near Austin rather than El Paso address in NRC AM Log; rather than
KYWW Harlingen, U8 50000/10000; also one Mexican possible, XEUR CDMX
