at 23.34 UT at S=9+25 dB in Edmonton-CAN remotedly.

5990 kHz disturbed audio txion CRI Quivican 23 – 24 S=9+5dB at 23.39 UT Oct 26.

all other RHC / CRI QUI frequencies off air.

all three on air in Spanish S=9+20dB,
BUT NOT ON 9690 kHz which is in repair ?

CUBA 13780 kHz RHC in Spanish excellent audio, S=9+15dB strong at 22.40 UT,
and two strong Quivican bcast center signals of S=9+15dB also,
but no audio, only strong S=9+15dB carriers noted on 11950 and 15230 kHz.

Nothing on 6000, 9580, 9650, 9710, nor 11760 kHz.
