** CANADA. 353 MCW kHz, Nov 4 at 0722 UT, dash and PG, mixing with LI,
LIttle Rock AR. PG is 25 watts at PortaGe la Prairie MB. #1 Canadian,
YXL on 346 also in well (Glenn Hauser, oK, WOR)

** CUBA. 11880, Nov 4 at 1939, Kriyol S5/S6, // 15140 equal, i.e. RHC
on new, rather reactivated after years frequency. For B-15, WRTH 2016
had Creole at 1930 on 11670, but 11880 later, English to Africa at
2200. Surely also the 11880 open carrier I had yesterday at 2148
(Glenn Hauser, OK, WOR)

** CUBA [non]. 15380, Nov 4 at 1731, R. Martí, JBA Spanish S3 into Ft
Lauderdale SDR, instead of usual bigsig; 13820 & 11860 JBA carriers,
11930 no signal nor on alternate 15330. WWV reported at 1500, K index
2.00, ``Radio blackouts reaching the R1 level occurred and are
expected.`` (Glenn Hauser, OK, WOR)

** U S A. 275 MCW kHz, Nov 4 at 0718 UT, JBA NDB, H#N? Must be HIN, 25
watts at Chadron/Whitney NE. See also unID 257 (Glenn Hauser, OK,
WOR)

** U S A [and non]. WORLD OF RADIO 2319 monitoring: confirmed UT
Tuesday November 4 at 0330 on WRMI 7780, S7/S9 into S Texas SDR.

Also confirmed Tuesday November 4 at 1411 the 1400 on WRMI 9955, S7/S9
direct.

Also confirmed Tuesday November 4 at 1518 the 1500 on WRMI 9955, JBA
S5 direct. Next:

** U S A. 9930, Nov 4 at 1730, WTWW is off, no signal into Ft
Lauderdale. Had been reliably on all day with TOMBS --- wait, it`s NOT
off at 1759, JBA direct TOMBS, recovering. Propagation really
disturbed:

UNIDENTIFIED. 257 MCW kHz, Nov 4 at 0717 UT, NDB JBA, seems like FLO,
but no matches close enough listed; usually heard is JYR York NE
(Glenn Hauser, OK, WOR) 

UNIDENTIFIED. 15846-15902 approx., Nov 4 at 1936, multi-carrier,
multi-tones beating against each other, S9, again about 55 kHz wide,
like yesterday at 0613 covering 6860-6915, 0729 at 6895-6950, and
often around 17450. What are these? They could really QRM broadcasters
but seem to avoid doing so, e.g. nothing much in 15 MHz span than SOH
and ChiCom jamming (Glenn Hauser, OK, WOR)
