** CUBA [non]. 9410 // 13570 // weaker 11930, Nov 18 at 1446, R. Martí
and also audible on 7435 *under* Chinese! music. EiBi shows that would
be CRI in Nepali via Kunming -- but Aoki shows *both* that, and CRI
Russian via Shijiazhuan site; and Vietnam until 1600. After 1500 at
1514 I hear nothing on 7435, which implies it had been CRI Russian
until 1500 at 37 degrees also USward. So at 1514, RM is on these:
13820, 13570, 11930; not on 15380, 11860 or 9410 either. At 1954

Whooper``, sweep around this frequency; was hoping to detect it into
wintry conditions, still too much noise, or is it off? In HFU find a
report of it Nov 1, 2025 before 0405 UT on 4095.655 from Jim Teotwaki,

November 18 at 1400 on WRMI 9955, S7/S9 direct, immediately following
something in Spanish, Eslovaquia.

** VANUATU. 7260, Nov 18 at 0723, JBA carrier, S5/S6 = noise level,
presumed RV reactivated here after a stint on 5040. However, EiBi
shows it at 1830-0658, and also PBS Xinjiang at 0300-1100. HFCC shows
VUT at 0200-0700, Urumqi at 0300-1208. Aoki misses 7260 completely for
