2100/2130 UT: 1680 AM, Virtual DJ Radio, rock music, back on air after
missing a couple days ago, peaks near intersexion of US 412 & US 81.
93.1 & 95.1 still dead air in $ tereo, especially downtown for 95.1.
87.9 dead air in $ tereo in my neighborhood. 95.5 still with
undermodulated rock music in mono but $ tereo pilot very weak peaking
near intersexion of S Cleveland and W OKGarriott. The `singing Xmas
trees` at the NE corner of Oak & Oakwood in a former oilwell lot have
been set up but not funxioning in daytime, only dead air in $ tereo on
89.5. Not yet checked a couple other Xmas sound & light shows (Glenn

** SPAIN. 9690, Dec 19 at 2006, REE finally reactiviated N American
frequency, first reported by John Jurasek, FL; sports in Spanish,
S9/S6 direct, much stronger than 12030, much2 stronger than 17715 &
17755. At 2258, 9690 had increased to S9+30/40 direct, 12030 S7/S9. So
token English Wednesdays only at 23-24 should finally be on 9690. It
remains to be heard how well 9690 may reach us at the early Sat/Sun
opening of 1500 over a daypath even at winter; from 1900 M-F (Glenn

Guess not; by 1533 check into Maryland SDR it`s very much on, in
English. BTW a few days ago I ran across them claiming that the 1969

** U S A. Pre-`AAAWWW` check of WBCQs, UT Sat Dec 20 at 0056 via
Maryland remote: No signal on 3265. Nor on 5130 which usually starts
*0055 with IS & ID loop. 6160 -75 Hz = 6159.925 JBA. 7490 -54 Hz =
7489.946, S7/S9 with FKB. At 0100, 7490- and webcast concede that
following originally aired Oct 3, 2025; never mind. By 0118, 7490 has
faded way down, 5130 -78 Hz = 5129.922 has come on and best by far,
S7/S9, better than the SuperStition on 9330 (Glenn Hauser, OK, WOR)

** U S A. 1370, Dec 19 at 0743 UT, ads with (660) area code, ID as
KWRT 1370 and 107.?? FM. NRC AM Log shows KWRT Boonville MO, U1
1000/84 watts with translator on 98.7. Boonville is just west of
Columbia in central MO. Own website and radio-locator agree the FM is

mention Bible, S6/S8; except for the S9 Cubamess on 15140, it`s the

15230, even 15150. EiBi shows SMG at 1430-1530, 20 minutes each in
Hindi, Tamil, Malayalam. Still at 1518. Another instance of VR`s
