it`s really on the air overnight, so if not sure of language don`t
assume it`s Brasil at this hour. However, EiBi shows Brasil 24h and
slightly offset to 6010.1; Colombia ``test`` at 2200-1000. Aoki also
shows Brasil 24h, but totally misses Colombia, instead on 6010 the
imaginary XEOI México which has been gone for years. WRTH 2026 also

the year 0658 UT, and varies little at 12.65 degrees north, to 0612 in

** MEXICO. 550, Jan 30 at 0733, romantic song in Spanish, unusual on
this frequency; as I tune in, fades up better with full ID including
street address, and 25 kW on 91.3, in Ciudad Cuauhtémoc, Chihuahua.

** U S A. 820, re my report of WWBA Largo FL QRMing WBAP, Tim Hall
replies:
``Just 5 minutes before reading your email I found a relog of WWBA on
this year's Border Inn recordings. At the time of my DXpedition (end
of October), they had just renewed their STA for U1 2000/200 at the
site of co-owned WHBO-1040. They've had this STA for years so I would
bet it is still in effect. Both WWBA-820 and WHBO-1040 (which also has
had a low-power STA for several years) get out surprisingly well. I
have to wonder if both stations might be running their non-directional
STA day powers all night. 73 Tim`` Hard for me to believe this be only
2 kW vs 50 kW WBAP (Glenn Hauser, OK, WOR)

** VATICAN [and non]. VR, Jan 30 at 1551 direct on 13830 S9+20/25 //
and synch with 15565 S9+20/30, on two receiver, NRD-545 and DX-398.
I`m standing by for the ~1600 transition from Amharic to Swahili, and
for 13830 to switch from SMG to MADAGASCAR relay, making them out of
synch. At 1559 ID, ``LIX`` and IS. At 1559.5, 13830 cuts off and soon
comes back much weaker S8/S9 with a delay. But 15565 also suddenly
weakens tho no break perceived. It switches antenna beam slightly from
139 to 149 degrees which should not make that much difference (Glenn
