1) China - Hello Xizang: Re-added links to home page, schedules and
recent programmes (Thanks to Ron Howard in WOR iog mail list)
2) Cuba - R Havana Cuba: Updated links to archived programmes (with
new archived programmes page, although on some occasions unfortunately
just displays "bad gateway" message)
3) Ivory Coast - R Augusta International: Moved entry from "Belgium"
to correct "Ivory Coast"
4) Netherlands - R Delta Int: Updated links to new programme/frequency
web page
5) Turkey - TRT V of Turkey: Deleted link to TSR frequencies (page no
longer exists, no alternative page found)
6) USA - KSKO Public R: Deleted entry (Now that Paul Walker has left
KSKO, there is not likely to be any further shortwave relays of this
station).
7) Zambia - V of Hope: Deleted entries for VoH shortwave frequency and
programme pages (no longer active on SW); amended links for live
stream - now labelled for VoH 1287 AM.

The next update is scheduled for mid March.

** CUBA. 11880, Sun Feb 15 at 1604, RHC Esperanto S9/+12 into Georgia
SDR, and // 15140 S9/+20 but undermodulated with windhowl. Not on
11760. Since RHC consists of nouns, the abbr. must be pronounced as
``rah-DEE-oh, ho tso``, i.e. ending in -o (Glenn Hauser, OK, WOR)

** TURKEY. 9660, Sun Feb 15 at 1740, VOT English, vs huge noise blob
into UTwente and remotes in ME, but back to UTwente where it can be
escaped by USB tuning. At 1744 after news, a song, `Letterbox` not
stsrt until 1748. Cemre previews contacts from India to Portuguese
islands, apologizes for her voice today which is ``less than
perfect``. 1) Mr Bolsop??, Amsterdam, Netherlands. 2) two from Mr.
Annan? --? Bayan?, pres. of an SWL Club in India; first report was via
UTwente, second via SDR in Bogor, Indonesia. 3) Jorge Garzón
Gutiérrez, Cantabria, northern Spain, with IberiaDX website. By now
1757 the LSB noise is off. She repeatedly refers to him as Mr.
Gutiérrez instead of Garzón, i.e. matronymic instead of patronymic. I
doubt she does this out of a sense of feminism or even gender
equality. Discussing butterflies: one can visit ``A tropical butterfly
garden`` somewhere in Turkey. 4) Jayanta Chakraborty, New Delhi,
perpetual. 5) finally, Ernesto Castanha?, Azores, who reports on
German at 1230 on 15270. 1806 ending, 1807 theme (Glenn Hauser, OK,
WOR)

** U S A [and non]. WORLD OF RADIO 2334 monitoring: confirmed UT
Sunday February 15 from 0451 on WA0RCR, 1860 AM, MO, S7 with storm
noise into NW0Q remote in nearby Glen Carbon IL.

5950=addition 7570 7730 7780, best on the first three
