S6/S8 into Miramar FL SDR, which gets this better than other remotes,
presumably groundwave altho not real close. As usual, FSN via WRN
chopped short for WRMI ID just before 1700. But NOT confirmed Saturday February 21 at 1700 on WRN via WRMI 9395,
since 9395 is OFF the air! This will mean three more WORings will also
be missed today. Nothing explained about this on WRMI FB. Confirmed Saturday February 21 at 2030 on SW Radio Gold, Germany,
3975.000+, S8/S9 into UTwente. Confirmed Saturday February 21 from 2035 the 2030v on WA0RCR, 1860 AM,
MO, S7.5 into nearby N0WQ remote. NOT confirmed on WRMI 9395 Sat Feb 21 at 2030, 2100 or 2200, as this
transmitter continues OFF the air, checked into several remotes and
direct. Around 2112 on the N9AZZ Cartersville IL remote waterfall, I
see and then hear cutting on & off, a local? station with commercials,
approx. 9341.5. Not confirmed Saturday February 21 at 2230 on WRMI 17790, because this
is also off the air like 9395; maybe all day, not checked earlier. Confirmed Saturday February 21 at 2230 on WRMI 15770, S7/S8 into
Maryland SDR. Also confirmed UT Sunday February 22 at 0406 about 8 minutes into, so
the 0415v started about 0358 on WA0RCR, 1860 AM, MO, S7/S8 into nearby
Glen Carbon IL SDR. Also confirmed Sunday February 22 at 0735 the 0730 on WRMIs: 5850
S9+20, 7570 S9+25/30; 7730 JBA S6/S9; 7780 S7/S9. And NOT 5950 which

Austin TX, not too unusual but normal dominator KXSP Omaha is
helpfully off, as Rick Dau tipped to IRCAns, since 19 UT Feb 21. WOW,
a chance to hear other 590s! KLBJ is U2 5/1 kW - I thought they were a
bigger station than that. NRC AM Log also shows they are on Fox
network; what would LBJ say? Night pattern

WVLK`` - i.e., Lexington KY. Now it`s dominant on E/W LW, while it was
not to be heard at 0600 when KLBJ was incoming. All ears on 590 since
KXSP Omaha is off. WVLK is U4 5/1 kW. Night pattern

thisaway to the west. 97.3 is a mere translator, W247CT, yet gets top

FM`` ID in English, then Spanish music. Surely KKLF Richardson TX,
which had been reported as Spanish religion instead. This is a very
confusing situation. The main(?) R. Jalapeño is 1540 KEDA in San
Antonio, which has FM on 99.9, really a mere translator; NRC AM Log
shows 1700 KKLF Richardson with an address in far Corpus Christi. Of
the 13 Texans on 95.7, WTFDA FMDB has none in the DFW area, nor any
called Jalapeño. But radio-locator says: ``KKLF-AM also broadcasts its
primary channel from this additional transmitter K239DA 95.7 FM
Richardson, TX (60 watts). Ahá, WTFDA has it on 95.3!! ``K239DA relay
of:KKLF 1700 95.3 RICHARDSON TX TEJANO KICK 1700 202666 0.06 0.06 99.0
0.0 32-45-53 96-52-25`` - Guess what: channel 239 *is* 95.7, not 95.3
which is 237 - and the `Kick 1700` slogan has got to be wrong or at
least outdated. I sent this correxion to WTFDA already, and now is
correctly on 95.7 (Glenn Hauser, OK, WOR) ** URUGUAY. 28390.1 USB, Feb 22 at 0012, CX5TM is JBA calling CQDX.
QRZ.com: ``CX5TM Uruguay flag Uruguay, WILSON RUBEN ACOSTA RAMIREZ,
INDIA, MUERTA 151, CHUY ROCHA 27100, Uruguay`` (Glenn Hauser, OK,
WOR) UNIDENTIFIED. 590 kHz, Feb 22 at 0600 UT, in absence of KXSP Omaha
right after KLBJ ID, another station mentions 91.7. WTFDA FM Database
does not show any 91.7 relaying a 590, and NRC AM Log does not show
any non-commercial on 590; but possibly a gospel huxter might have
such a correlation (Glenn Hauser, OK, WOR) UNIDENTIFIED. 25985 & 25955 LSB, Feb 22 at 0022, Brazilian 2-way,
sounds like CB; officially so or not? Yes, just below 26 MHz, not 27
