Exceptionally strong into Masset at a very late hour, 04:26 UTC, with many
mentions of Iran, websites, and "dot com". A carrier on 21601.62 causing
a mild het, but it's much weaker than the Tinang transmitter. S9+10
strength, or 50 dBm. In other words, pounding in. I'm surprised that 13
meters is still propagating so well, as it's still winter! // 9365 is
fair/good at the same time. Nothing heard on 5860.
