four times and frequencies, unclear what language? But none match A26
RRO in HFCC. Germany, R. Mi Amigo, K-K on 6085 around 0658 with
English ID; Radio Europe 24 on 6150 Datteln at 0614 and 1723. ``Reach
Beyond Shortwave`` not ``Australia``. A number of times in Japanese,
*A24* not 26 season mentioned, giving away this is really a biyear
old? And several broadcasts from a 100 kW site near Pequim, did not
catch what. Madagascar: TWR Talata in Urdu around 1445 on 15440: no
such broadcast currently. Myanmar: good news, reactivated 6165 around
0130 in vernacular, from Pyin Oo Lwin: WRTH says Thazin Radio at that
location, while Aoki says Thazin R is at Naypyidaw. Perú active
stations: 4775 Tarma, 5025 Quillabamba, 4810 Chazuta, 4750 Huanta,

sometimes on 15730v but nothing there now. Mostly talk past 1500 with
no break; 1526 some music, much more talk. I let it run on and on.
About 1606 jamming stops and now it`s loud and clear around 15750.300.
At 1611 sounds like a ponderous proclamation, more and more mostly
talk past 1710. Scheduled until 1900, and already gone when I check a

``Cemre, Altho Ricky Hein keeps complaining about reception, there
really is a problem with 11785 at 22-23 UT - Brasil on 11780 which can
be as strong or stronger in North America. There would be an easy fix
to this problem, moving to 11790, or 11795, or 11800, where according
to current HFCC and other listings and monitoring, there would be NO
interference to TRT, during that hour, no other stations anywhere on
those frequencies. I continue to enjoy your Letterbox each Sunday, but
I try to listen to one of the earlier repeats via the UTwente remote
in Holland.

Another thing you really should change: the sign-on and sign-off
announcements which mention only the first time and frequency each
day, 1230 UT on 17620. This makes no sense at all when heard on all of
the playbacks. Either take the time to mention them all quickly, or
none of them, or rotate them from one day to the next.

UNIDENTIFIED. 1190 kHz, April 8 at 0630 UT, Spanish dominates, 0632
``Radio La B``? ID; 0700+, Radio La Ley - pretty sure of that slogan.
In IRCA Mex log, no 1190 stations with that name, nor in NRC AM Log of
UStations. WTFDA FMDB has loads of US and some Mexican FMs called La
Ley, which means law, but nothing correlating with 1190. Surely no
English/American station would call itself ``The Law`` -- what`s with
the SS? XECT Monterrey or XEPZ Juárez would be most likely but no such
name known for them.

To rule out XECT, I monitor it via the Monterrey SDR from 1720 UT -
just gospel huxtering, and believe it or not, at 1900 ID as XEPRS 1090
in BCN! I double check my hookup, and yes, it`s really 1190 in Mty.
IRCA Mexican Log does note this under 1190, and also under 1090:
