RHC or CRI relay frequencies, so another apagón? However, by 0205,
5025 is back on at S9+20 and then find RHC too: at 0210, 9710 is in
Portuguese - not Brazuguese S9+30/40 // much softer and howlier 11760
tho reading S9+30. Something`s always wrong at RHC.
