dxinfocentre.com/mb these are the final broadcasts of the night before
a 3-hour break: 2598 from 0437 is VQB-22, Natashquan (Escoumins), 600
watts; and 2749 USB from 0437 is VCN Escoumins, also 600 watts. I
guess that mean 2598 is relaying, or fed from, the 2749 station. In
summer storm noise level such as around St Louis area, I was not
really expecting to hear anything on these. Both are on the north
shore of the maritime estuary of the St. Lawrence River in Québec

Chinese, S9+10/20 direct, from WCB; the second SSOB, topped only by
17675 RNZP at S9+10/30 which is often much weaker (Glenn Hauser, OK,
WOR) ** MEXICO. 1060 kHz, May 4 at 0502, war-mongering NA playing here on
XERDO Matamoros and also on 1570 XERF, right after `La Hora Nacional`,
but could not hear a note of it anywhere else on full bandscan, altho
some other XEs such as 1050 XEG were not playing it. Probably better

Mexation to claim day power even if much less at night, but I bet it`s

huge IRCA Mexican Log on Picuda and get only a few other hits: 1170
XERT Reynosa; 840 XETEY Tepic, Nayarit + 93.7 plus XEHB`s own FM

carrier. Had been missing a few days. I can normally detect it this
late whenever on. Nor on 9960. But Manuel Méndez, Lugo, Spain was
hearing 7260 at 0447-0503 after notifying them of outage; if direct,
that`s a notable long-path catch for him. Also Ron Howard had 7260 to
NZ remote at 0450-0506, but by 0615 were on new 5040. Not in WRTH
2026, but 5040 has been used before and current EiBi shows it at
1830-2000 (Glenn Hauser, OK, WOR) UNIDENTIFIED. Re 990 kHz, May 3 at 0642, sports format, WNML TN? Tim
