A significant carrier at 4895 kHz (observed on both the Icom IC-R75 and our Kiwi SDR), extremely weak signal, with a male voice and a typical music being perceptible. No reference to this transmission on 4895 kHz on EiBi or AoKi, but a positive data is presented in WRTH 2026, page 715, as an occasional transmission, under test (status: end of 2025). As I stated above, just a tentative to be this station. S=1 / S=2..
