TAJIKISTAN Three channels via Dushanbe Yangi Yul at 13.30-13.59 UT
check, noted on spurious 30 kHz away distance frequencies
9864even and 9924even kHz S=9+15dB in remote Delhi India Perseus unit, and fundamental main TX outlet
9894even MUCH STRONGER broader audio block, S=9+30 or -47dBm,
'Ladakh' mentioned at 13.45 UT. When checked again at 13.56 UT noted CNR1 jamming
