CUBA  Seldom happened ? to let RHC Bauta 100 kW tx unit on air,
also on Saturdays ?   


Some 72.31 min/sec empty audio overtime signal this morning.
Maybe the technician there used the unit ON TX / ANTENNA MATCHING TEST ?
Noted RHC La Habana English sce this morning Aug 15, noted on both
6100 and 6145 kHz channels via Bauta bcast center in English.
Program heard on excellent audio quality on both channels til 
06.59:28 UT.
6145 kHz at S=9+25dB level til TX switch off at 06.59:53 UT.
But  
6100 kHz at S=9+35dB or -41dBm signal level let 'on air'

til TX switch off at 08.12:31 UT.
6100 kHz in A-20 season is scheduled on RHC's Esperanto service 
via Bauta transmitter center at 07.00-07.30 UT

BUT ONLY ON SINGLE SUNDAYS regularly.
