At 13.30 UT only the channel request owner China was on the frequency.
CHN PBS Xizang, Lhasa Baiding bcast center site in Tibetan,
S=9+15dB in Hiroshima Japan heard remotedly.
S=9+30dB in Delhi India Perseus unit
on exact even 6130.000 kHz.

WPAQ turns on its FM translator at 3pm this Friday, sister station and
collocated on the same tower, WSYD Turns on its translator are 3:15pm Friday
