off frequency, immediately suggesting it`s USAGM Saipan, one of its
most off-capable sites, along with São Tomé. HFCC confirms Saipan,
A-20 now running 1500-1900.
9910.036, April 4 at 1537, another off-frequency Korean, bet it`s the
same. Not in HFCC of March 30 but yes in Aoki/NDXC April 4 as another
RFA Korean from Agignan Point MRA = SAIPAN at 1500-1700 1500-1700 NF 9910 SAI 250 kW / 325 deg to EaAs Korean, ex 9850
