Thank you, Glenn, I know, I have DX-Atlas :-) On shortwave signals can
be heard much before sunset.

Seems, that Radio Tarma is on 4775.04 kHz, the carrier started to be 
visible here in Finland after 2030.
Now at 2150 there is already audio and I can hear, that it is in Spanish.
